Bilaspur. A large number of devotees gathered at the famous Shaktipeeth Naina Devi temple in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. Located in the quiet hills of Bilaspur district, devotees from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and many other states arrived in this holy temple to visit Maa Naina Devi. The fair officer and SDM Dharampal, who is also the President of the Temple Trust, visited the temple complex to take stock of the arrangements and make the festival smoothly. During a conversation with the media, he urged devotees to join a large number of weather and asked to be favorable to the weather. Also, he dismissed the rumors.
He said that the routes leading to the temple have been made much better and the administration is committed to provide all the necessary facilities to ensure comfortable and spiritual experience to all the pilgrims with the help of the temple trust. He also assured that the administrative team will immediately resolve on the spot if the devotees have any problem.
Zilla Parishad member Gaurav Sharma also went to the temple and offered prayers. He appreciated the arrangements and invited the devotees to come to the temple during Navratri to fulfill his wishes with devotion and prayer.
One of the most famous Shaktipeeths in India, Naina Devi Temple is located at an altitude of 1,219 meters above sea level, about 80 kilometers from the city of Bilaspur. The nearest airport is in Chandigarh, while the nearest railway stations are Anandpur Sahib and Nangal in Punjab.
On the second day of Navratri, which is called the second date of Shukla Paksha, devotees wear auspicious color of this day while performing traditional worship method. Maa Brahmacharini is shown calm and stunning, wearing white clothes, holding a chanting garland in one hand and a kamandal in the other hand, a symbol of purity and devotion.

On this day, devotees worship the second form of Goddess Durga, mother Brahmacharini, who is a symbol of knowledge, penance and spiritual awakening.
