Udaipur. Bharatiya Janata Party workers and local citizens collectively enthusiastically listened to the 136th edition of the country’s famous Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program Mann Ki Baat on Sunday at the Adarsh Nagar Community Hall of Ward No. 72, Ganesh Nagar.
Tribute to Kargil heroes and dialogue on various topics of nation building.
During the program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, through his inspiring thoughts, paid tribute to the brave soldiers who showed indomitable courage and sacrificed everything in the defense of the country on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas. In his address, he guided the countrymen on many important aspects related to national interest:
Defense sector and self-reliance: Highlighted the rapidly growing defense power and technological self-reliance of the country under Self-reliant India.
Environment and water conservation: Gave the message of environmental balance through nature conservation, water harvesting and campaigns like ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’.
Youth Power and Space Science: Appreciated the historic and remarkable achievements of the youth of India in the fields of sports, education, science and space.
Vocal for Local and Women Empowerment: Along with promoting traditional handicrafts and local products (Vocal for Local), he talked about building a prosperous nation through women empowerment and public participation.
Mann Ki Baat strengthens the resolve for a developed India
Addressing the workers after the mass hearing, the speakers said that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program has become a very powerful medium to connect crores of citizens of the country with a common purpose and positivity. It continuously inspires every citizen to contribute actively in building a developed India 2047 by awakening the spirit of nation first.
