Go to Indigo website and scroll down.
There you will get the option of “Support”. Click on it.
Now select “Plan B” option.
This option lets you change, cancel your flight and get a refund.
Enter your PNR/Booking Number and Email ID/Last Name.
Now you will have two options:
Reschedule your flight or cancel your flight and get a refund.
You can choose a new date or time.
Or you can get your money back by canceling the flight.
When will you get a refund if your flight is delayed or cancelled?
Once your request is processed, the refund is usually credited to your bank account within 7 working days. If you booked your flight tickets through a travel agency, you will need to contact that agency for a refund.
