Collector assured of appropriate action

Under the leadership of Trust President Nem Kumar Sanghvi, Dalpat Singh Dangi, Vijay Pokharna, Anand Pipada, Minister Parsamal Kothari and the demand for the demand of delivery of other agricultural lands and movable and immovable properties and removal of government control regarding the case of fake sale of about two bighas of agricultural land worth crores of rupees in Upasara Yati Shri Kesari Chand Property Trust Shantinath Jain Temple Sanganeri Gate Kasara Bazaar Bhilwara located in Suvana town. Vice President of Jain Samaj Suwanna, Prakash Chaplot Jain has submitted the memorandum.
Taking the matter seriously, Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu has given instructions to Additional District Collector Administration Ranjit Singh, District Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Yadav, District Treasurer Tina Ronalia, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Hema Ram Chaudhary to take necessary action and remove the encroachment.
The Trust has demanded from the District Collector that since May 1, 1978, the committee formed under the government control (Tehsildar Bhilwara) which is running the properties of the Trust, including Basanti Lal Panagariya, Sujanmal Dangi, Ram Singh Chaudhary, Moti Singh Chaplot, Deep Chand Gandhi and Umrao Mal Surana, should be removed. Earlier also, the then Additional District Collector had written a letter to the Public Prosecutor on August 21, 1982, seeking opinion to remove government control from the trust lands. In the letter, quoting the letter of Rajmal Bordia of the society, it was written to hand over all the properties to the trust of the Jain community.
The Trust demanded action in the case registered against Munna Mohammad at Subhash Nagar police station on 15 February 2026. The land on the Chhatri land located at Sanganeri Gate was acquired by the Urban Development Trust for widening the road, the plot given in lieu of compensation for that land should be allotted.
