A very sensational case has come to light from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, where a young man who had come from Delhi in an ambulance to perform the last rites of his live-in partner was arrested by the police near the funeral pyre. The accused has been identified as Yogesh Rathore.
According to the information, Yogesh Rathore had reached Gwalior with the dead body of his alleged live-in partner and was preparing for the last rites alone. It is being told that he was about to commit suicide when the police reached the spot and took him into custody.
The matter took a more serious turn when the husband and father of the deceased expressed doubt over her death and expressed suspicion of murder. The family members allege that the woman did not die under normal circumstances and the matter should be investigated impartially.
According to police officials, after receiving the initial information, the team immediately reached the cremation ground and the cremation process was stopped. After this, post mortem and other investigative processes were started after taking possession of the body.
