LPG cylinder refill facility from ATM, know who can apply and how to get the benefit.

These days, problems are being seen across the country regarding the supply of LPG cylinders. At many places people are facing delays in cylinder booking and delivery, while at some places there are long queues outside gas agencies. Meanwhile, a relief news has come out from Gurugram, Haryana, where a new LPG facility has been started for the people. LPG ATM has been started here for the general public, where Graham can bring his empty cylinder and get it refilled in just 2 to 3 minutes. This facility has been started as a pilot project by Bharat Gas under Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, the objective of which is to provide easy and fast gas to the people 24 hours. In such a situation, let us now tell you how your LPG cylinder will be refilled from the ATM and who will get the benefit of this facility.

Where has this facility started?

LPG ATM has been installed in Central Park Flower Valley which is a residential society located in Sohna area. It is being said to be the first LPG ATM of North India. Through this machine, people will no longer have to wait for the agency or delivery when the gas runs out. This facility has come at a time when many customers were looking for more and faster options for LPG refill.

How does LPG ATM work?

LPG ATM works on a completely digital and automated system. Consumers can refill the cylinder in a few easy steps. For this, the consumer will have to enter his registered mobile number on the machine, after which verification will have to be done through OTP. The QR code or barcode on the empty cylinder will have to be scanned. After this, payment will have to be made through UPI, debit card or other digital means. After the process is completed, the machine keeps the empty cylinder with itself and takes out the filled cylinder within 2 to 3 minutes.

Who will get the benefit of this facility?

At present this facility is limited and its benefit is being availed by those consumers who are connected to Bharat Gas Agency in the area. However, it has been started as a pilot project and if it is successful then in the future it can be started in other cities and regions also. Let us tell you that the cylinders available from this ATM are not iron but composite cylinders made of fiber. They weigh around 15 kg and do not rust. Apart from this, they are also easy to use and their body is transparent, due to which the gas level can be easily seen.
