Maharashtra: Fighting over an old dispute, police registered a case

Daund, 29 December (). An incident of fighting between relatives over an old dispute has come to light in Yevale Vasti area of ​​Malathan village in Daund taluka of Maharashtra. In this case, a case has been registered against four accused at Daund Police Station. After the incident, an atmosphere of tension has arisen in the area.

According to information received from the police, this incident took place in Yewale Wasti area of ​​Malthan village. The victim, Ashabai Ramesh Pawar (aged 48), who is a laborer by profession and a resident of Malthan, has lodged a complaint at Daund police station. In the complaint, he told that regarding an old dispute, Kalinda Prakash Pawar, Pratap Prakash Pawar, Maruti alias Prem Prakash Pawar and Pralhad Shrirang Pawar came in front of his house and started abusing.

According to the complaint, as the dispute escalated, the accused attacked Ashabai’s son Satish Pawar, his wife Manisha, brother-in-law Subhash Pawar and his wife Sugandha. It is alleged that the accused beat everyone with stones and sticks. Everyone suffered minor injuries in this attack.

As soon as information about the incident was received, Daund police reached the spot and controlled the situation. The police team is keeping an eye on the area to avoid any untoward incident.

A case has been registered under several sections in this matter at Daund Police Station. The case has been registered by ASI Santosh Shinde, while further investigation is being conducted by Police Constable Chavan.

Police say that the matter is being investigated seriously and further action will be taken after investigation. At present, the situation is under control, but the police is keeping an eye on both the sides so that any untoward incident can be avoided and peace is maintained in the area.
