Jaipur. In a major reshuffle in the police department, the state government has issued transfer and posting orders of 17 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. In this list released with immediate effect in the interest of the state, ADG, IG, DIG and Superintendent of Police (SP) level officers of many districts have been changed.
Along with this, Dr. Hawa Singh Ghumaria (1497 Batch), Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters), Rajasthan, Jaipur, has been given the additional charge of the post of ‘Additional Director General of Police, Anti Human Trafficking, Jaipur’ along with his present post, till further orders.
According to the transferred list, the current and new posts of officers are as follows:
Changes at ADG, IG and DIG level
Lata Manoj Kumar (2000): Additional Director General of Police (Civil Rights, Anti Human Trafficking and Community Policing, Jaipur) has now been made Additional Director General of Police (Community Policing and Public Prosecution, Rajasthan, Jaipur).
Of. B. Vandana (2004): who was in Awaiting Posting Orders (APO), was appointed Inspector General of Police, C.I.D. (Crime Branch), Jaipur.
Param Jyoti (2005): Has been transferred from Inspector General of Police (Crime, Police Headquarters, Jaipur) to Inspector General of Police, RAC, Jaipur.
Kalu Ram Rawat (2008): Inspector General of Police (Civil Rights and Anti Human Trafficking, Jaipur) has been made Inspector General of Police, Telecommunication, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Harendra Kumar Mahawar (2008): Inspector General of Police, C.I.D. (C.B.), Jaipur will now take over the responsibility of Inspector General of Police, Kota Range, Kota.
Shweta Dhankhar (2009): Deputy Inspector General of Police (Civil Rights, Police Headquarters, Jaipur) has been made Deputy Inspector General of Police, RAC, Jaipur.
Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav (2011): Deputy Inspector General of Police (Anti-Corruption Bureau, Bikaner) has been posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, SOG, Jaipur.
Superintendents of Police (SP) of many districts have been changed. In this reshuffle, Captains (SP) of many districts have also been changed:
Manish Tripathi (2013): Superintendent of Police, Chittorgarh will now be Superintendent of Police, ATS, Jaipur.
Dharmendra Singh (2014): Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara has now been posted as Superintendent of Police, Chittorgarh.
Gyan Chandra Yadav (2014): Superintendent of Police-II, ATS, Jaipur has been made Superintendent of Police, Didwana-Kuchaman.
Gordhan Lal Sonkaria (2015): Superintendent of Police (Law and Order, Police Headquarters, Jaipur) has been appointed Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Jaipur.
Rajesh Kumar Meena (2016): Superintendent of Police, Tonk has been sent to Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur.
Richa Tomar (2016): Superintendent of Police, Didwana-Kuchaman has been posted as Commandant, 11th Battalion, RAC, New Delhi.
Piyush Dixit (2016): From Superintendent of Police (Anti-Corruption Bureau, Jaipur) he has been made Superintendent of Police, Dausa.
Sagar (2019): Has been transferred from Superintendent of Police, Dausa and given the command of Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara.
Roshan Meena (2021): Superintendent of Police, Nagaur will now be Superintendent of Police, Tonk.
Ashima Vaswani (2023): Assistant Superintendent of Police (Circle Mavli, District Udaipur) has been posted as Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur City, Bharatpur.
This step has been taken with the aim of bringing administrative dynamism and further strengthening the law and order. All officers have been instructed to assume charge at their new posts immediately.
