Lalsot. MLA Ram Vilas Meena ceremoniously inaugurated the new Panchayat building built at a cost of Rs 40 lakh in Jeetpur village of the subdivision area on Monday. On this occasion, he said that the construction of the new Panchayat building will facilitate the villagers in conducting their administrative work and better administrative system can be established at the Panchayat level.
MLA Ram Vilas Meena said in his address that priority is being given to overall development in Lalsot area. Work is going on at a rapid pace on construction of roads, water conservation and irrigation schemes. He said that the water of Isarda project will first be made available to Lalsot area, due to which farmers will get huge benefit of irrigation facility. During the program, the MLA announced construction of boundary wall near Panchayat Bhawan at a cost of Rs 10 lakh. He also assured to start construction of road till Kalwas College and road work from Kalwa to Sundar soon.
On this occasion, the villagers gave a grand welcome to MLA Ram Vilas Meena by garlanding him with 51 kg flower garlands and necklaces. Hundreds of villagers including Panchayat Samiti head representative Dr. Mohanlal Meena, Sarpanch Appu Lal, Chairman representative Sonu Binori, BJP Municipal Board President Anil Burja, Tehsildar Mahesh Sharma, Govind Narayan Gupta were present in the program.
