Cases of paper leaks and irregularities in recruitment examinations in Madhya Pradesh will now be resolved expeditiously. To complete the hearing of these cases quickly, Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued an order to set up special fast track courts in four big cities of the state. After the order of the High Court, now special courts will be formed in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior to hear examination related crimes. The objective of these courts is to take speedy action in such cases and get the culprits punished quickly.
Exam offenses will be heard separately
Cases related to paper leaks, cheating, examination fraud and irregularities in the recruitment process will be heard on priority basis in fast track courts. The formation of courts is expected to help in quick disposal of pending cases.
