New Delhi . BJP national president Nitin Naveen has targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and the opposition over the NEET paper leak controversy. He said that the government is ready to discuss all the issues related to youth including NEET in the House and answer every question, but the opposition is avoiding this discussion. Speaking to the media outside Parliament, he said, “Our government is ready to discuss every issue related to the future of students and youth at every level, but Rahul Gandhi, Congress and the entire opposition are running away from the discussion, because they know that when they come on the floor of the House for discussion, their double character will be exposed in front of the public and the youth.” Nitin Naveen said, “We openly challenge that let us discuss every issue related to students and youth, NEET issue and all other matters on the floor of Parliament. BJP MPs are ready to discuss every topic and the NDA government is ready to answer every question.”
Taking aim at Rahul Gandhi, he said that Congress has a history of 50-60 years of misleading the youth and making political use of their issues, whereas the BJP and NDA governments led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have worked to give the right direction to the future of the youth.
The BJP President said that educational institutions, coaching institutes and other facilities have increased in the country, due to which the youth are getting opportunities to move forward. He said, “Today’s youth is known for startups and building a self-reliant India. Some people look at the youth only in a negative light, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision is to prepare the youth for their bright future.”
He said that the government is committed to securing the future of the youth and strict action will be taken against the culprits in examination-related matters. The youth of the country stands with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India.
On Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement of creating a fast track court in the paper leak case, Nitin Naveen said that the government is ready to investigate every case. He said, “Fast track courts will be set up so that those who are involved in these crimes and are found guilty, take immediate action against them. We will ensure that no culprit is spared. When Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes a resolution, the country and the world know that work is done with full commitment to fulfill it.”
At the same time, other BJP MPs also reacted to the PM’s announcement of setting up a fast track court in the paper leak case. Tarun Chugh said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government are fully prepared for the welfare of the youth of the country. These are our children but some people are playing with the future of the children for their political gains. Not a single culprit involved in the paper leak case will be spared. Strict action will be taken and Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has assured. Fast track court will also be formed. Not a single culprit will be spared and the strictest action will be taken against the culprits.”
MP Mayankbhai Nayak said, “The Prime Minister today conveyed to the people and youth of the country through his ex-post that the Central Government will ensure that those caught in these crimes are punished through special courts. The punishment will be such that in future no one will dare to commit such acts or play with the future of the students.”
MP Darshan Singh Chaudhary said, “The Prime Minister has pledged for a developed India. I can say with full confidence that the chaos and disorder being created by the opposition will be dealt with appropriately and justice will be ensured.”
BJP MP Damodar Aggarwal said, “The central government gives great importance to the future of students and takes decisions with great sensitivity. Today the Prime Minister again said that those who commit irregularities in NEET will be given the harshest punishment through a fast-track process and strict steps will also be taken to prevent such incidents in future.”
Attacking Rahul Gandhi, he said, “The House runs as per the rules and procedures. If you want to discuss any issue in Parliament, you have to give written notice to the Speaker, but here the situation is the opposite. They are making demands, creating ruckus, but do not want to discuss. Following the rules, BJP MPs have submitted a written request to the Speaker for immediate discussion on this issue. Yesterday our Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju had also clearly said in the House that the government will discuss every issue including NEET. Ready for it.”
