No school in the district will remain without lease: Ajay Singh Rathore

Jhalawar. Monthly review meeting of the District Execution Committee was organized in the auditorium of Mini Secretariat on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Ajay Singh Rathod. In the meeting, the progress of various schemes and programs of the Education Department was reviewed in detail.



In the meeting, the District Collector gave clear instructions that not a single school in the district will remain without a lease. For this, all the institution heads should prepare the lease file along with necessary documents and submit it to the concerned officer immediately, so that the processes related to the land of the schools can be completed. He directed all PMShri schools to make special efforts to score more than 100 percent marks in the ranking. Expressing dissatisfaction over the status of Jan Aadhaar authentication to directly deliver the benefits of government schemes to the students, the Collector directed all the institution heads to achieve 100 percent target. He said that the benefits of Palanhar Scheme, Scholarship and other DBT schemes will be ensured only when the data of the students is completely updated.
District Collector said that Jhalawar district should be on top in the state in the field of education, for this innovations should be promoted. All the activities of Chief Minister Shikshin Rajasthan Abhiyan Prakhar 2.0 and Nipun Rajasthan program should be completed in time bound manner.
He gave instructions to ensure availability of toilets, especially girls’ toilets, in all the school buildings of the district. Also asked not to take any negligence in the development of basic facilities like drinking water. While reviewing the construction works, instructions were given to complete the work with quality within the stipulated time limit.
Instructing teachers to play a more active role in improving the learning outcomes of students, the Collector stressed on improving the standards of weak students through remedial teaching, so that the educational ranking of the district can increase significantly. Education Department officials were also instructed to ensure compliance with the standards set under the Chief Minister Educate Rajasthan Abhiyan by conducting regular school inspections.
In the meeting, Chief District Education Officer Ramsingh Meena, District Education Officer (Secondary) Bhim Singh Jat, Diet Principal Rajnigandha Soni, Att. District Project Coordinator (Comprehensive Education) Kalyanmal Verma, all the Chief Block Education Officers, heads of institutions of PMshree schools and departmental officers were present.
