Bharatpur. A high level meeting was organized on Sunday at the Adarsh Vidya Mandir complex located in Ranjit Nagar of the city regarding the pre-preparations for ‘Virat Hindu Sammelan’. Prominent officials and workers of Hindu society have put in all their strength for this grand conference to be held on 8th February. The main objective of the meeting is not only to make the conference grand but also to spread the message of Hindutva to every section of the society.
Formation of teams, assigned responsibilities: It was unanimously decided in the meeting that different teams will work to give a systematic form to the program. In this, special teams have been formed for publicity, public relations and venue arrangements. Each team has been given the responsibility to go door to door to invite the Hindu community for this grand event and keep the arrangements at the venue in order.

The speakers present during the meeting gave their suggestions for the success of the conference. Everyone resolved in one voice that 8th February would be a historic day and a greater number of Hindu society would be united on this platform.

Many senior workers including Jurel, Satyadev Sharma, Rakesh Jain, Shankar Lal Aggarwal, Mukesh Aggarwal, Ramji Pal, Ravi Jindal, Sunil Gupta, Mukesh Singhal, Latesh Aggarwal, Narendra Gupta, Anil Sharma, Sachin Mittal, Dilip Garg and Suraj Panchal were present.
