Lucknow. Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) is playing an important role in realizing the dreams of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi. IGRS is continuously monitoring public hearings, public welfare schemes and revenue works, thereby helping the districts in setting better administrative standards. In this series, in the report of IGRS for the month of April, Rampur has got the first position in the state by scoring 138 points, while Pilibhit has got the second position and Amethi along with Shravasti have got the third position by scoring equal marks. IGRS releases reports of revenue works, development works and hearing of public complaints of the districts every month. IGRS reviews 109 programs of 49 departments in districts across the state on the basis of various parameters. After this the ranking of the districts is released. According to the report of IGRS for the month of April, Rampur has secured the first position in the state by scoring 138 marks against the standard integer number of 140. Its ratio is 98.57 percent. District Magistrate Rampur Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that the IGRS report evaluates the performance of those districts which have done remarkable work in administrative efficiency, development works and revenue management. He said that as per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, development works in Rampur are being completed in a quality and time bound manner.
Along with this, the complaints received through IGRS are being resolved quickly and in a quality manner. Let us tell you that Rampur has been at the first position for the last four months. Pilibhit District Magistrate Gyanendra Singh said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, complaints are being resolved in public hearings on priority basis in the district. This is the reason why the disposal rate of public complaints is continuously improving in the district. Pilibhit has been maintaining the second position in the state for four consecutive months.
In the report of IGRS for the month of April, Pilibhit is at second position in the entire state. Pilibhit scored 137 marks against the total score of 140. Its ratio is 97.86 percent. Similarly, Shravasti has secured third position by securing 136 marks against the total number of 140. Its ratio is 97.14 percent. District Magistrate Annapurnan Garg said that in order to ensure quality and timely completion of development projects, review is conducted by holding meetings with officials every week.
Besides, the complaints of the general public are being resolved on priority basis. IGRS report is issued only on satisfactory feedback regarding resolution of their problems. Similarly, Amethi has also secured third position by scoring 136 marks. Whereas Hathras, Bareilly, Hamirpur, Badaun, Barabanki and Ballia have made place in the top ten districts.
