Jaipur. The General Assembly of the National Executive of Shekhawati Foundation was held today in the Constitution Club, Jaipur (behind the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly). The meeting was chaired by National President Vinod Goel. He said that the foundation will continuously work for the conservation of Shekhawati’s havelis, stepwells and culture and soon a grand event of migrant Shekhawati brothers will be organized in Jaipur, in which industrialists from India and abroad will be invited and connected to their motherland. On this occasion, National Patron Subhash Joshi said that after the Pravasi Rajasthan conference, the Shekhawati Foundation will now expand at the international level as well and will soon open its branches in Dubai and London and organize a grand event there.
National General Secretary Gajanand Sharma said that the organization will now expand at a nationwide level. The state unit has been formed and executive and headquarters will be established in Jhunjhunu, Sikar and Churu districts. Also, chapters will be opened in other metros including Bengal, Guwahati, Gujarat and Maharashtra Telangana Delhi in North East. He said that rain-plantation, free medical camps and educational programs will be organized at the district level and the expenditure of higher education of eligible children of martyred families will be raised by the Foundation.
National in-charge Pashupati Kumar Sharma and Girdhari Lal Sharma said that by promoting the organization language, culture and folk traditions, people will connect people with their heritage and soil and urge the migrant brothers to create maximum employment through industries and investment.
National Vice President Parakram Rathore said that the Foundation will soon set up a contact committee and this demand will be effectively given to Rajasthan and Government of India for the establishment of the airport in Shekhawati.
Executive member Vijay Tiwari said that in the near future, there will be grand events in Delhi and Hyderabad Chapter and the Shekhawati Foundation will also participate actively in the “Rajasthan Rising” program to be held on 10 December.
Rajasthan Pradesh President Sushil Gupta announced that the list of martyred soldiers after 2013 will soon be made available to the Sainik Welfare Board and JDA. As soon as the name is recorded in the list, the martyred families and the heroes will be honored by organizing a grand event on Amar Jawan Jyoti. National Convenor Hari Sharma said that it was decided in the meeting that the Foundation will soon meet the Chief Minister, Governor and Tourism Minister and submit his vision and memorandum.
Specially present in the meeting was present – National Treasurer Prakash Aggarwal, Zakir Bhati, National Secretary Ashish Saraf, Jai Singh Bhagasara Praveen Balwada, National Executive Member Anurag Sharma, Mr. Sanjay Joshi, S.P. There was widespread discussion on the expansion of the organization, upcoming events and all-round development of Shekhawati at Yadav, Shravan Kaler Pankaj Sharma, Kailash Agrawal Sabha and unanimously resolved to make it a campaign of people.
