Naresh Meena, who came into the limelight after slapping the SDM, suddenly reached Dungri and Bhuri hill villages in Sawai Madhopur district today. He participated in a public meeting of villagers regarding Dungri dam. He said that he would protest against the villagers to cancel the Dungri dam. He announced a decisive battle against the government. He said that he will not allow Dungri dam to be built at any cost and will not allow the villagers to be destroyed.
“Millions of people will go on hunger strike”
Naresh Meena said that the government wants to displace millions of people of 76 villages by building a Dungri dam, but it will not allow it to happen, even if they have to give their lives for this. He said that he would start a big protest against Dungri dam in the coming days, in which millions of people will go on hunger strike together. He will oppose the Dungri dam in a Gandhian manner. The demand of the villagers to cancel the Dungri dam should be accepted.
Attack on BJP and Congress
He said that there was never such a movement in the history of this country, which they will start with the Dungri dam in the coming days. In a public meeting held at Dungri Dam, Naresh Meena also launched a scathing attack on BJP and Congress. He said that BJP people will not participate in this movement, but where are the Congress MPs and leaders contesting from Sawai Madhopur Khandar?
“Boycott leaders who do not support the movement”
He said that he will not allow a single brick on the Dungri dam. Naresh Meena told the villagers that instead of boycotting the panchayat elections taken in the Mahapanchayat, it would be better to boycott leaders who are not supporting their movement. He announced to take out a foot march in 76 villages of Dungri Dam area.
“Mother and motherland are great than heaven”
Naresh Meena said that the government believed that if Naresh Meena was out, he would definitely join the Dungri dam movement, so he was jailed for 40 days. The bird does not leave its nest even after death; We are humans. Here generations have settled from generation. Mother and motherland are more than heaven. We consider heaven the mother who gave birth to us and where we are born.
“How can we leave our land and property?”
He said, “If someone breaks even an inch limit of the farm, we kill our own brother. Then how can thousands of villagers leave their land and property? And even if we leave, wherever the displacement has taken place, we will leave. Goalpur will leave, who have come in the submergence area.
