Winds can blow at a speed of 50 to 70 km per hour

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, due to the influence of Western Disturbance and other weather systems, there may be heavy thunderstorms and rain with lightning in many parts of the state. During this period, strong winds with a speed of 50 to 70 kilometers per hour are expected.

Hail may also occur in some districts, due to which farmers and common people have been advised to remain alert. There is also a possibility of trees falling, power supply being affected and damage to weak structures due to strong winds.

Chances of temperature falling by 3 to 5 degrees

According to the Meteorological Department, due to rain and cloud activity, the temperature may drop by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius in most parts of the state. With this, people are expected to get some relief from the scorching heat and heat wave.

However, weather experts have warned that incidents of thunderstorm and lightning may also occur. In such a situation, people have been advised to stay away from open places, trees and electric poles during bad weather.

Farmers advised to take special precautions

In view of the possibility of hailstorm and strong winds, farmers have been asked to make necessary arrangements for the safety of their crops and agricultural equipment. It has been advised to keep the produce kept in the fields in safe places and keep an eye on the latest weather information.

Possibility of greater impact in these districts

According to the Meteorological Department, storm, rain and thunderstorm activities can be seen in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol and surrounding areas. At the same time, the effect of heat wave may persist in some parts of Eastern Madhya Pradesh.

In view of this changed pattern of weather in the state, the administration is also on alert mode. People have been appealed to follow the warnings issued by the Meteorological Department and avoid going out unnecessarily during bad weather. The next two days are considered very important from the weather point of view for Madhya Pradesh.
