Khurai, June 14 (). A heart-wrenching incident came to light on Sunday in Sahodara Bai Rai ward under Khurai rural police station area of Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. A woman consumed poisonous substance along with her two innocent children. The woman died during treatment, while both the children are undergoing treatment in critical condition.
The woman has been identified as Aarti Tiwari. The names of the children are Priyansh Tiwari (10) and Divya Tiwari (12). When the health of all three deteriorated, they were immediately taken to Khurai Civil Hospital. Seeing his serious condition after first aid, the doctors referred him to Sagar. Aarti Tiwari died during treatment, while the condition of both the children remains critical.
Aarti’s husband Satyajit Tiwari was a priest in the Hanuman temple located in the court premises. Two days ago he had committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance. After the death of her husband, the entire family was in deep shock.
It is being told that at the time of the incident, other family members had gone to Barman for the immersion of Satyajit’s ashes. Meanwhile, Aarti Tiwari, who was present in the house, consumed poisonous substance along with her two children. As soon as information about the incident was received, there was panic in the area.
On receiving the information, police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. In the preliminary investigation, the police is trying to find out the cause of the incident keeping all the aspects in mind. At present the police is busy investigating this entire matter.
