Lucknow. In a horrific accident in Moradabad on Tuesday, three members of a family died after being hit by a state roadways bus. The dead included a pregnant woman and a minor. Only one person has survived this accident, who was driving the motorcycle and his condition is said to be critical. A pregnant woman, her three-year-old child and her sister died on the spot after being hit by a speeding bus. All three were taken to the hospital, but were declared dead. The woman’s husband has also suffered serious injuries, and is undergoing treatment. His condition is said to be serious.
Police have seized the roadways bus and started searching for the driver.
Giving information, a police officer said that this accident happened with a family from Sambhal who was going to Nagpur on a motorcycle. Junaid, who was driving the motorcycle, has been admitted to the hospital, while his wife, sister-in-law and daughter died due to serious injuries.
This heart-wrenching accident created chaos on the road and local people reached the spot to help the victim’s family. He, along with the policemen, took the victims to a nearby hospital, but by the time they reached the hospital, three of them had died.
This accident happened near Gagan River on Delhi Bypass Road.
The collision was so severe that all four people riding on the motorcycle were thrown away. A three-year-old girl named Mantasha and a woman named Simran died on the spot, while the motorcycle driver Junaid was seriously injured.
As soon as the information was received, Katghar police reached the spot and immediately took the injured to the district hospital. Doctors declared three people dead, while one person is undergoing treatment.
