M.S.J. Essay, speech and painting competitions on the topic ‘Developed Rajasthan’ were organized in the Government Post Graduate College on Sunday as part of Rajasthan Day week. Along with this, NSS and NCC volunteers and cadets of the college also participated in the Vikas Run organized by the local district administration. On this occasion, College Principal Professor Dr. Shilpi Deep Mathur, while presiding over the program, said in his address that the government is fully determined that Rajasthan should be a complete leader on the world map. He called upon us to develop so much that Rajasthan becomes self-reliant. Today we are progressing in the fields of tourism, economy, agriculture etc.
Muskaan, a student of M.Sc. Physics, got the first position in the speech competition, while Muskaan, a student of B.A., got the second position. Chetna Singh, a student of BA, and Rachana Gurjar and Kshama Yadav, students of BA, got the third position. In the painting competition, MSc student Ritu Choudhary got the first position, second position was obtained by MA student Aarti Saini and BA student Sonam Tyagi and third position was obtained by MSc student Neeraj Yadav.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, in-charge of the Literary and Cultural Committee and coordinator of the program, said that in this sequence, a quiz competition will be organized in the college on March 17 at 11 am in the central auditorium. More and more participants should participate in this competition. The program was conducted by Dr. Rajeshwari Meena.
On this occasion, committee members Dr. Sarita Singh, Dr. Shakuntala Meena, Dr. Kamlesh Verma, Sonal, Dr. Mamta Singhal played a prominent role as judges of the competitions. A large number of participants were present in the program.
