Didwana winner, Torda runner up in TPL cricket competition

Lalsot. The final match of the TPL first cricket competition held in Torda village of the subdivision area was very exciting. In the final match, a tough competition was seen between the teams of Didwana and Torda. Batting first, Torda’s team set a target of 116 runs. In reply, Didwana’s team displayed brilliant batting and won the match by scoring 117 runs by 3 wickets. With this, Didwana’s team was declared the winner of the competition, while Torda’s team remained the runner-up. In the closing ceremony, chief guests Vishnu Kuiwala, Mukesh Sharma and Raisingh Gurjar honored the winning team with Rs 21,000 and a trophy and the runner-up team with Rs 11,000 and a trophy. Addressing the function, Vishnu Kuiwala said that there is a need to identify the hidden talents in the villages and take them forward. Encouraging the players, he said that through sports the youth can bring glory to their village and region. Sports competitions inspire us to move ahead in life and develop a sense of dedication and discipline towards the goal.
A large number of villagers, sports lovers and youth were present on this occasion. The audience enthusiastically encouraged the players for their excellent performance and welcomed the winning and runner-up teams with thunderous applause.
Skills are the accumulated fund of life and the basis of self-reliance: Dilip Tanmay
Lalsot. Rajasthan Police Service officer Dilip Tanmay said that skills are like the accumulated wealth of our life, which can be used anytime when required. He was addressing during the observation of the free skill development training camp conducted under the joint aegis of Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides and Anurag Seva Sansthan, Lalsot at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Lalsot. While addressing the campers, he said that just as one rupee is deposited in a piggy bank and is used at the time of need, in the same way the skills acquired gradually can also prove useful at any time in life. These not only become the basis of self-reliance, but can also become a means of earning livelihood. Principal Uma Shankar Sharma said that skill development training camps inspire boys and girls towards self-reliance. They can also adopt the skills gained from such training as a business in future. He described this initiative of proper utilization of students’ time during summer vacation as exemplary. Camp in-charge Mahendra Sahu said that in the camp, girls are being trained in various skills including yoga, self-defense, sewing, embroidery, weaving, dance, mehndi and beautician by experienced trainers. More than 180 boys and girls are participating in the camp. Institute Secretary Shyam Sundar Sharma presented the report. In the program, Founder Convener Siyaram Sharma expressed his gratitude and the stage was conducted by Shrikant Sharma. On this occasion, Anurag Seva Sansthan gave an emotional farewell to the transfer of RPS officer Dilip Tanmay to Alwar by covering him with a dupatta, turban and shawl and presenting memento. In the program, Institute President Anshul Soni, former councilor Many distinguished citizens including Chirag Joshi, Ghar-Ghar Tulsi Campaign Coordinator Avinash Rewali, Anurag Education Completion Campaign Coordinator Anurag Tiwari, Nirmala Pareek, Sunita, Payal Saini, Radha Khandal, Umesh Pahadia, Komal Sharma, Khushi Saini were present.
