World Heart Day: It is necessary to consciate in changing lifestyle, so that life continues with heart beats

New Delhi, 28 September (). It is said that if there is life then everything is and the door of life is associated with heartbeat, but this heart is most danger today. World Heart Day, celebrated on 29 September every year, reminds us that to take care of the heart is not just the job of doctors or medicines, but also our lifestyle, habits and thinking.

Heart disease is spreading rapidly in India. It is a silent epidemic, which is rapidly holding the youth. In such a situation, this day is a collective appeal to save life.

Heart disease is the cause of one of every four deaths around the world. Due to the changing lifestyle and increasing stress in India, the youth are in the grip of this serious danger. According to the World Hriday Federation, 75 percent of heart diseases are burdened with low and moderate income countries, including India. This day warns us that if not wanted now, it can be too late tomorrow.

Nearly 25 percent of cardiovascular deaths from air pollution testify to this bitter truth. Every year about 70 million people die due to pollution. That is, the health of the earth is directly related to our heart health.

According to experts, important changes are necessary to keep the heart healthy. It is necessary to consume fresh fruits and vegetables, use less sugar and salt, distance from junk food. Exercise or walking at least 30 minutes daily keeps the heart healthy. Also, yoga and meditation should be made part of the routine to control stress.

Also, if you quit smoking, the risk of heart disease decreases significantly. In just two years the risk is half and in 15 years it becomes non-samokar. Regular checkup of BP, sugar and cholesterol also plays an important role in the prevention of heart disease.

When we are aware of our health, the health of family, society and nation will also be safe. Take a pledge on this World Heart Day that we will reduce pollution, adopt healthy habits and break the myths related to the heart. Actually, strong heart gives life a long life and deep smile.
