India’s leading active pharma ingredient (API) company Lassa Supergenerics has filed a lawsuit against Lohita Life Sciences in a patent infringement case. Not only this, the company has also been asked to compensate Rs 300 crore. Lasa has given this information to the stock market.
What’s the matter?
According to the information given to the stock exchange, Lassa has filed a suit in the Commercial Division of the Bombay High Court against Lohita Life Science to prevent misuse of information, confidential infringement and unfair trade. According to Lassa, it has been filed under Indian Patent No. 326,628.
