New Delhi: Real estate company Godrej Properties Limited has acquired 20 acres of land in Bengaluru. The company will develop a residential project which is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 1,350 crore. Godrej Properties Limited informed the stock market on Wednesday that it has purchased a 20-acre plot of land in East Bengaluru. The company, however, did not mention the cost of the land. Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has a strong presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and Hyderabad, the company said. The company also sells residential plots in small towns.
