Gold prices fell on Saturday morning, February 28. In the capital Delhi, 24 carat gold prices fell to ₹161,710 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, the price remained at ₹161,580 per 10 grams. A day earlier, gold prices rose by ₹1,800 to ₹1,64,700 per 10 grams in the Delhi bullion market. The spot price of gold in the international market is $5,172.17 per ounce. JPMorgan has raised its long-term forecast for gold prices to $4,500 an ounce. It maintained its forecast for the end of 2026 at $6,300 an ounce. JP Morgan said the trend of structural diversification in gold continues, and there is scope for further growth.
