The prices of gold and silver are continuously increasing. Except for a few days, new records are being made every day. According to the website of India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), by Friday morning, the price of 24 carat gold stood at Rs 1,22,629 per 10 grams, while silver stood at Rs 1,59,550 per kg. According to All India Bullion Association, silver prices in Delhi rose by Rs 6,000 to a new record high of Rs 1,63,000 per kg. This is the second such big increase in silver prices within a week. On October 6, it had increased by Rs 7,400 to Rs 1,57,400 per kg. Meanwhile, 24 carat and 23 carat gold are at their all-time high of ₹1,26,600 and ₹1,26,000 per 10 gram (including all taxes), respectively. Globally, spot gold fell marginally to $4,039.26 an ounce, while silver rose more than one per cent to hit a high of $49.67 an ounce. What was the price of silver last day?
According to the All India Bullion Association, the price of silver rose by Rs 6,000 to a new record high of Rs 1,63,000 per kg in the bullion market in the national capital on Thursday. Silver touched the level of $ 50 an ounce for the first time in foreign markets. This is the second time in a week that such a sharp rise in silver has been seen. On October 6, it increased by Rs 7,400 and closed at Rs 1,57,400 per kg. On Wednesday, silver had closed at Rs 1,57,000 per kg.

What were the prices of gold last day?
According to the All India Bullion Association, gold of 99.9 per cent purity (24 carat) and 99.5 per cent purity (23 carat) remained unchanged at its all-time high of Rs 1,26,600 per 10 grams and Rs 1,26,000 per 10 grams (including all taxes) respectively in the bullion market in the national capital Delhi on Thursday.

Gold and silver prices in global market last day
Globally, spot gold was trading marginally lower at $4,039.26 an ounce. In the spot market, silver jumped more than two percent and crossed the important level of $ 50 an ounce for the first time.

Gold prices in futures market
Gold and silver prices fell from their record high levels in futures trade on Thursday. These prices fell due to profit booking by traders at higher levels. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold for December delivery fell by Rs 1,098, or 0.89 per cent, to Rs 1,22,111 per 10 grams. On Wednesday it had reached a record high of Rs 1,23,450 per 10 grams.

Silver prices also fell. Silver futures for December delivery fell by Rs 1,008, or 0.67 per cent, to Rs 1,48,847 per kg. It had reached an all-time high of Rs 1,50,282 per kg in the last trading session. Globally, Comex gold futures fell 0.34 per cent to $4,056.85 an ounce in New York. Silver futures fell 1.17 percent to $ 48.42 an ounce.
