In these two days, the price of 24-carat gold has decreased by ₹330 per 10 grams, while that of 22-carat gold has decreased by ₹310. Earlier, in two consecutive days, 24-carat gold had fallen by ₹870 and 22-carat gold by ₹800. Talking about today, the price of 24-carat gold (per 10 grams) in the capital Delhi has increased by ₹10, and that of 22-carat gold has also increased by ₹10. Talking about silver, after four consecutive days of stability, its price has come down in Delhi today. Today, its price has fallen by ₹100 per kg.

**Silver falls after four days of stability**

Talking about silver, its price has declined today after remaining stable for four consecutive days. Before these four days of stability, on May 21, silver prices had risen by ₹5,000 per kg. As of today, silver has become cheaper by ₹100 per kg in Delhi and is trading at ₹2,84,900. If we look at other major metros, it is trading at the same rate in Mumbai and Kolkata. However, the price of one kilogram of silver in Chennai is ₹2,94,900 – which means that among all the four major metros, silver is currently the most expensive in Chennai.
