Just one trading day earlier—on April 22, 2026—the total market capitalization of all stocks listed on the BSE was ₹4,69,36,824.29 crore. Today—April 23, 2026—due to selling pressure, the figure has fallen to ₹4,67,34,018.64 crore. This means that investors’ capital has decreased by ₹202,805.65 crore.
