More than 1200 flights of Indigo canceled, see the chaos at airports and Rahul Bhatia's discussion in the video

More than 1200 flights of the country’s largest airline Indigo have been canceled in 4 days. Due to this, an atmosphere of chaos is being seen at the airports and passengers are facing serious problems while travelling. Indigo has a major hold on the country’s domestic airlines market, so its problems are directly impacting the passengers.

Meanwhile, IndiGo’s managing director, promoter and co-founder Rahul Bhatia is in the news. Rahul Bhatia was born in a business family of Delhi. He completed his studies in Canada and then worked for two years at IBM. At that time his intention was to return to India and start a telecom company, but this plan could not be completed.

At that time, Rahul’s interest moved towards teaching and he decided to become a teacher. But meanwhile his father’s health suddenly deteriorated. To fulfill the responsibilities of the family, Rahul had to leave his dream of teaching and join his father’s business.

In late 1991, Rahul was betrayed by business partners. His partners took more stake in the company without informing him and Rahul had to leave the company. Despite this, he did not give up and carried forward his vision. Rahul is usually rarely seen in formal coat-pants or fancy clothes, which reflects his simplicity and businesslike attitude.

Today the net worth of Rahul Bhatia is said to be around Rs 72 thousand crores. In the 2000s, he met Rakesh Gangwal, who studied at IIT. In 2004, both of them together obtained the license to start the airline, and in 2006, IndiGo’s first flight took off. IndiGo was launched as a low cost airline, promising low fares and high punctuality.

Apart from IndiGo, Rahul Bhatia has also invested in three hotels in Gurugram. Along with his business, he is also active in his family life. They have a daughter Avantika and a son Arunanshu.

Experts say that due to the recent flight cancellations of Indigo, passengers are facing problems at the airports, but the airline is trying to bring it under control soon. Rahul Bhatia’s simplicity, business approach and his contribution to the airline industry make him one of the most influential industrialists of India.
