Asian market stable, US market rolled down
Today the Asian markets are stable. There has been no significant change in South Korea’s Kospi, Hong Kong’s Hong Seng Index and China’s SSE Composite Index. However, Japan’s Nikkei rose 225 92.8 points or 0.20 percent to 45,723.11.
On the other hand, the US market also declined on Wednesday. The S&P 500 declined by 0.3% amidst mixed statements by Fed officials, while Dow Jones Industrial Average declined by about 0.4%. Technology-oriented Nasdac Composite declined by 0.3%.

Yes Bank – Bank has informed that Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) of Japan has increased its stake in Yes Bank. Now SMBC has increased its stake at 4.22%.
Indian Hotels – The company has announced that it has entered into an agreement to open a new Taj Hotel with 310 rooms in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to expand its luxury chain.
Swan Defense and Heavy Industries Limited (SDHI) – India’s leading shipbuilding and heavy construction company, Royal IHC, has entered into a special agreement with Dutch offshore oil and gas vessel expert Royal IHC with its Indian representative Alar Infrastructure.
Tata Steel – The company has invested Rs 4,054.66 crore in its foreign unit, T Steel Holdings Private Limited (TSHP) and bought 457.7 crore shares. TSHP remains a subsidiary of a Tata group company.
Wari Energy – Domestic Solar Module Manufacturer Wari Energy Limited has invested Rs 300 crore in its subsidiary Wari Energe Solutions Solutions Private Limited (WESSPL). This investment has been made through the rights issue.
SEPC – The company has announced that it has received a purchase order of Rs 75.19 crore from Gafos Solutions Private Limited to supply construction materials in four residential infrastructure projects in India.
Newgan Software Technologies – Its subsidiary Newgan Software Technologies (UK) Limited has entered into a five -year master service agreement with TCS NV, Belgium.
Glenmark Pharma – Glenmark Pharma, a subsidiary of Glenmark Pharma, Glenmark Specialty SA has entered into a special licensing agreement with Hengrui Pharma for the new HER2 -targeted cancer drug, Tostuzumab Restecan.
