The central government runs many schemes for the people of the country. These schemes are for different sections of the society. Can the 21st installment come before Diwali?
The government releases three installments every four months throughout the year. The previous installment, the 20th installment, was released in August. So, being very close to Diwali, the 21st installment may be sent around November. Therefore, farmers hope that the Government of India can give them a Diwali gift by releasing this installment around Diwali. The government has already sent the 21st installment to the flood affected states.
However, no new information has been released by the government regarding the 21st installment for other states. Generally, information is given before the installments are released. At present, there seems to be no possibility of the installment being released. Farmers should keep an eye on the official website of PM Kisan Yojana for updates related to installments.
These farmers may be disappointed
All farmers availing the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana have already been informed that they will have to complete certain tasks including e-KYC and land verification. Apart from this, farmers will also have to ensure that no wrong information is entered in their bank accounts linked to the scheme. If this happens, there may be a delay in the payment of your installments. Therefore, it is important to complete all these tasks as soon as possible.
