Real estate company Supertech has received a major setback from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). According to the Economic Times report, the Delhi Bench of NCLT has declared Supertech bankrupt. This decision has been given on the petition of Union Bank of India.
Let us tell you that the future of about 25,000 home buyers is at stake in Supertech. Home buyers may also be affected by this decision of NCLT. However, Supertech has issued a statement saying that it will appeal against this decision in the Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
What the company said: Supertech said, “In the interest of home buyers, priority was given to construction and delivery of projects. We have a strong record of delivering more than 40,000 flats during the last 7 years and are under our “Mission Completion 2022” We will continue to deliver to our buyers, under which we have targeted to deliver 7000 units by December 2022.”

Let us inform that Supertech Limited has many projects in NCR-Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida. More than 25,000 home buyers are waiting for possession of flats built by Supertech Ltd.
In another case, both the towers of Supertech Amral Court located in Sector 93-A of Noida in Uttar Pradesh will be demolished on May 22, but the test blast will be done on April 10 before demolition.
