The Nifty is indicating a flat start for the stock market today. At around 7:15 am, the Nifty fell 3.50 points to 25,162.50. However, from a technical point of view, the Indian stock market may open firmly on October 7, 2025, as the second quarter financial outcomes have a boom before the session.

Better expectations on regional leadership and policy reforms in strong global signs, IT and banking stocks are expected to support indices in early trade on Tuesday. As companies begin to announce the quarterly results, share-specific activities are likely to dominate.

Which shares will be focused today?
Bank of India – Bank’s global business rose 11.8% to ₹ 15.61 lakh crore, whereas earlier it was ₹ 13.97 lakh crore. Global deposits increased by 10.08% to ₹ 8.53 lakh crore, whereas earlier it was ₹ 7.75 lakh crore.

Metropolis Healthcare – Core Diagnostics, Scientific Pathology (Scientific), Agra and Ahuja Pathology and Imaging Center, income from Dehradun increased by 23%.

Oil India, Metropolitan Gas – Oil India has signed an agreement with the metropolitan gas to find out opportunities in the LNG price chain and emerging clean energy fields.

LTIIMINTI – The company has signed a multi -year agreement with a leading global media and entertainment company.

Brigade Enterprises – The company has signed a joint venture agreement for its upcoming premium residential projects in West Chennai. This development is spread over 6.6 acres of land. The estimated gross development price (GDV) of this project is ₹ 1,000 crore.

Zidas LifeSyne – The company has received a compliance information (NOC) from Health Canada for generic lothyronine tablets with 5 micrograms and 25 micrograms.

HCL Technologies – A global technology company, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) world -famous research and innovation ecosystem, MIT has joined the MIT Media Lab.

Coal India – The company has signed an agreement with Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation to cooperate in the exploration and exploitation of important minerals as well as other minerals of mutual interest.

Ester DM Healthcare – The company has received No Objection Certificate (NOC) from both BSE and NSE for merger with quality Care India.

Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea – Reliance Jio, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, added 19.49 lakh wireless customers in August 2025, while in July the number was 4.82 lakhs.

Bharti Airtel added 4.96 lakh customers, while the number was 4.64 lakhs in the same period.

Vodafone Idea lost 3.08 lakh customers in August, which is slightly better than the loss of 3.59 lakh customers last month.
