Tata Power’s consolidated profit declined 0.8% year-on-year to ₹919.4 crore in the September quarter and revenue declined 1% to ₹15,544.9 crore. Additionally, the company has submitted a proposal to buy 40% stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for ₹1,572 crore.

BSE’s consolidated profit in the September quarter rose 61% year-on-year to ₹558.4 crore and revenue rose 44.2% to ₹1,068.4 crore.

PTC India’s consolidated profit in the September quarter rose 30.8% year-on-year to ₹191.2 crore and revenue rose 11.7% to ₹5,458.7 crore.
ESAF Small Finance Bank Second Quarter (YoY)
ESAF Small Finance Bank’s loss narrowed to ₹115.8 crore from ₹190 crore in the September quarter, but net interest income also declined 32.5% to ₹364.1 crore. On a quarterly basis, gross NPA increased from 7.48% to 8.54% and net NPA increased from 3.77% to 3.83%.
