HDFC Bank
The country’s largest private bank HDFC Bank has reported the resignation of senior management Rahul Shyam Shukla since 1 October 2025. The bank said that Shukla has resigned for personal reasons. At present, no appointment has been announced in his place.
Tvs motor company
The TVS Motor Company on Wednesday recorded the most quarterly sales so far. In the second quarter (Q2FY26) of FY 2025-26, the company sold 15.07 lakh units, which is 22% higher than last year. Sales of three -wheelers increased by 41%. Exports also increased by 30% to 4 lakh units.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited
Maruti Suzuki recorded a total sales of 1,89,665 units in September 2025, which is almost equal to the estimate of 1.89 lakh units of CNBC-TV18. The year-on-year sales increased by 2.7%, while domestic sales fell by 6.3% to 1,56,999 units. Exports recorded a tremendous increase of 52%.
Hero MotoCorp
Hero MotoCorp sold 6,87,220 units in September 2025, which is 8% more year-to-year. Domestic sales increased by 5% to 6,47,582 units, while exports almost doubled to 39,638 units. The company said it was the biggest global shipment of its second quarter ever.
Wari energy
Renewable energy company Wari Energy has approved great capacity expansion in its clean energy business at a board meeting. The company has proposed capital expenditure of Rs 8,175 crore. Under this, lithium ion advanced chemistry storage cell and battery energy storage system (BESS) plant will be increased from 3.5 GWH to 20 GWH.
V-mart retail
V-Mart Retail Limited performed brilliantly in the September quarter of FY 26. The company’s total operational income increased from ₹ 661 crore to ₹ 807 crore to ₹ 807 crore. Sales of the same store increased by 11%, with both V-mart and unlimited format equally contributed.
RBL Bank Limited
RBL Bank received a show cause notice (SCN) under Section 74 of Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 on 30 September 2025. This notice has been issued by the State Tax Assistant Commissioner of Mumbai. It has demanded ₹ 92 crore including interest and fine for the financial year 2019-20.
KRBL Limited
KRBL Limited, the leading producer of Basmati rice and owner of the ‘India Gate’ brand, has made a final bid of Rs 402.86 crore on the immovable properties in Panipat, Haryana, as a successful bidder in the e-Nelami organized by Justice (Retired) RM Lodha Committee in the case of PACL Limited. This is much higher than a reserved price of Rs 104.09 crore.
Coal India
Government coal company Coal India Limited (CIL) and its subsidiaries have released initial production and lift figures for September 2025 and April-September 2025. In September 2025, the production fell 3.9% to 48.97 million tonnes compared to the previous year’s 50.94 million tonnes. Similarly, the lift was 53.56 million tonnes this month, which is 1.1% less than 54.16 million tonnes of September 2024.
South indian bank
South Indian Bank released commercial updates for the September quarter. According to the bank, gross advances increased by 9% year-on-year, while the total deposits increased by 10% year-on-year.
Indian bank
In its commercial update of the September quarter, Indian Bank said that its total business increased by 12% compared to the previous year. Total deposits increased by 12% and about 13% in total advances.
Raymond Realty
Raymond’s real estate branch, Raymond Realty Limited said on Wednesday (October 1) that the survey proceedings have been completed by the Income Tax Department at some of its offices in India. The company also said that it has fully cooperated with the authorities during this process.
Niva Bupa
Private equity firm Fetal Tone, Insurance Company Niva Bupa is considering selling a part of its stake in Health Insurance. Currently Fetal Tone holds a 7.9% stake in Niva Bupa. He plans to sell about 5% of it.
