There is slackness in the market right now. However, it is closing in the green for the last four consecutive sessions. Yesterday Nifty closed at 25,953 with an increase of 19 points. It had also crossed the 26,000 mark intraday. SGX Nifty is down 10 points, which shows a flat opening of the market today. There is also a recession in the global market. Yesterday the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 66 points. The internal sentiment of the market is positive, in which momentum is maintained. Therefore, an upside breakout is very likely. It will be important to close and sustain above 26,000 for a breakout. The good news is that foreign investors are coming back. Yesterday, FIIs bought shares worth ₹944 crore in the cash market, while DIIs sold shares worth just ₹125 crore.
