The dates for JEE Advanced 2026 exam, considered the most prestigious and second toughest exam in the country, have been announced. This examination will be held on May 17, 2026. This examination will be computer-based and will have two papers. This year IIT Roorkee will conduct JEE Advanced exam. However, last year this responsibility was with IIT Kanpur. It is to be noted that the dates for JEE Main examinations have already been announced.
Admission through this program
It is the most prestigious engineering entrance examination in India. Moreover, it is considered to be the second toughest exam after UPSC exam. After clearing this exam, candidates get admission into B.Tech, B.Arch, BS, Dual Degree, and Integrated M.Tech or M.Sc programs.
Who participates in it?
Candidates who have passed JEE Main are eligible to participate in this examination. The syllabus is based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Information related to the exam can be obtained from the official JEE Advanced website, jeeadv.ac.in.
What is JEE Advanced exam pattern?
JEE Advanced exam paper is available in both Hindi and English languages. Candidates can choose any language as per their choice. Negative marking will be applicable for wrong answers. The examination will be conducted in two sessions.
