The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the possible timetable of class 10th and class 12th board examination 2026. The datsheet has been shared online on the official website of CBSE cbse.gov.in. According to the datesheet, secondary class examinations will be held from 17 February to 7 March 2026 and Senior Secondary Board Examinations will be held from 17 February to 9 April 2025. The first paper of class 10 will be of mathematics subject while the last paper will be of different language subjects. The first paper of class 12th will be held on biotechnology, entrepreneurship, shorthand English, shorthand Hindi while the last paper will be on Sanskrit Corps, Multimedia, Data Science.
There will be two exams for class 10.
CBSE will conduct two board examinations for class 10 next year and its dates have been announced. As per the program, the second exam will start from May 15 and end on 1 June 2026.
What will be the time of questions?
As per the program announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the examination will be conducted in only one shift. The exam time will be from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. For some subjects, the exam time will be from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. All students should ensure that they reach the examination center before the scheduled time. A few days before the exam, you will get the admit card from your school.
The admit cards of the students appearing in the board examination will be sent to your school a few days before the examination by CBSE. After this, students will be able to get their admit cards from their class teachers/principals. Please note that the admit cards cannot be downloaded online. All students must bring their admit cards before entering the examination center.
