The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a new initiative to help students, parents and schools. Now CBSE will give information related to studies and counseling through podcast and digital media. Its purpose is to provide correct information and help to the people. These podcasts will also be available on public platforms like YouTube, so that more and more people can take advantage of it.
The move will further strengthen CBSE’s educational and counseling programs. All kinds of advice and information related to students’ education, examination, mental health and welfare will be easily available. Let’s know what will benefit the students.
To make this initiative more fun for students, CBSE has also decided to include students in it. Now students will also be able to share their opinion, experience and conversation in podcast through short videos or audio clips. These videos and audio will be used in the board’s official podcast, social media and other digital mediums. According to CBSE, when students themselves join it, the material will be attractive and practical. This will also give students a chance to directly involve the big discussions related to education.
Instructions for schools
For this initiative, CBSE has directed all its schools to send the names of students from class 9 to 12 who are good and confident in speaking. They should also be interested in participating in it and keeping their point.
According to the board, participating in it will depend entirely on the students’ wish. For this, the written consent of the student and their parents or parents will be necessary, which will be sent through the school.
Schools who want to send their students ‘names will have to send students’ names and a brief profile using the Google form link provided by CBSE. This work should be completed within ten days of release information. This is an alternative opportunity, which will provide students a platform to speak.
