Students get angry over the poor infrastructure in DSPMU, know what they said

Ranchi: Students’ anger erupted against the poor infrastructure, dilapidated buildings and reduction in seats at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi. After this, the furious students surrounded the administrative building and demonstrated vigorously. Hundreds of students gathered there and raised slogans against the Vice Chancellor regarding the disorganization and lack of cleanliness of the campus and expressed their anger by locking his office. The situation became so tense that later the Vice Chancellor had to break the lock and go inside his chamber. In view of the possibility of uproar and deterioration of law and order, a large amount of additional police force has been deployed in the university campus. The students are adamant about their demands and clearly say that their agitation and demonstration will continue in this manner until no concrete and written assurance is received from the administration.
