Clear instructions have been issued to ensure 100% enrollment and stay in school for all children in the age group of 3 to 18 years. Giving top priority to this work, the concerned officers have been given an ultimatum to complete the target within the stipulated time limit.
According to officials, the main objective of the campaign is to ensure that no child is deprived of education in the state. For this, arrangements are being made for comprehensive monitoring from school level to block and district level.
Special emphasis on enrollment and retention
Under the Praveshotsav campaign, not only enrollment but also regular stay of children in school will be ensured. For this, teachers and education department officials have been instructed to conduct door-to-door contact campaigns.
