Uproar during NEET UG exam in Palamu, candidates angry over delay in question paper

Palamu: A case of chaos and negligence came to light during the NEET UG examination on Sunday at the Yodh Singh Namdhari Women’s College Examination Center located in Medininagar in the district. The candidates created a ruckus over the irregularities that occurred during the examination.

According to the information, many students appearing in the examination alleged that the question paper was made available to them with a delay of about an hour. Due to this delay, the exam time was affected, which increased the resentment among the students. The candidates started protesting in the examination center premises and raised questions on the entire examination system.

Students say that due to late receipt of question papers, their mental pressure increased and they could not solve all the questions on time. It is feared that this will affect his performance also.

As soon as information about the incident was received, the concerned administrative officer and police reached the spot and the situation was controlled. However, the reasons behind this disturbance at the examination center have not been officially confirmed yet.

At present, the police is busy investigating the matter and all the procedures related to the conduct of the examination are being reviewed.
