Mumbai Hema Malini and her daughter Esha Deol have termed the news of the demise of Bollywood’s elderly actor and Heman Dharmendra as wrong. After the news of Dharmendra’s demise came in the media, Esha Deol posted on Instagram calling him wrong. Esha Deol wrote that her father’s health is stable and he is recovering. Isha wrote in the post that it seems the media is in a hurry to spread false news. He said he has appealed to maintain the privacy of the family. Hema Malini also posted that the news of Dharmendra’s demise was wrong and said that such news is unpardonable.
Earlier, a statement was also issued on Monday night by Dharmendra’s actor son Sunny Deol. In this statement, Dharmendra’s son Sunny had said that his father’s condition is stable. He is under the supervision of doctors. Sunny Deol had said about Dharmendra that further updates will be shared regarding this. Please do not spread false rumors about his health. Sunny Deol had said that everyone is requested to pray for the speedy recovery of Dharmendra ji. Sunny Deol had also appealed to respect the privacy of the family.
Dharmendra’s name was on everyone’s lips due to the role of Veeru in the film Sholay. Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai due to difficulty in breathing. Dharmendra was earlier married to Prakash Kaur. With whom he has four children including Sunny and Bobby Deol. Whereas, Dharmendra also married actor Hema Malini. Dharmendra has two daughters Isha and Ahana from Hema Malini. Esha Deol has also acted in films. Dharmendra worked in 300 films in his film career. He received many awards including Filmfare. Dharmendra MP was also elected on BJP ticket.
