The Bombay High Court on Saturday gave an interim prohibition, in which Madock Films agreed with PVR Iinox stopped the release of ‘forgotten omissions’ on OTT platforms before completing the theatrical performance of 8-wealth. This decision has come in the court after the announcement of the security of the film ” Theaters will not be released in theaters and will be directly released on Amazon Prime Video. The announcement was made just one day before the film’s release in theaters on 9 May.
In a statement released on social media, the production house said, “In view of recent events and tight security system across the country, we have decided to bring our family entertainment, mistake omission to your homes directly on 16 May – only on prime videos worldwide.”
Shortly thereafter, PVR Iinox approached the court and demanded that the film be released in theaters first. The last time change is a clear violation of his contract, which was signed on May 6, 2025. He also stated that the agreement included an 8 -week period before streaming the film online. Rajkummar Rao and Vamika Gabbi will be seen together for the first time in the film Bhu Chuk, directed by Karan Sharma. The next hearing has been scheduled on 16 June.
