Darshan told that because Sundar Pichai is leading Google, so he has held him responsible for this. Apart from Sundar Pichai, he has registered the names of 6 employees including YouTube head Gautam Anand and Grievance Redressal Officer Joe Gariyar in the FIR. Google has also given its side in this matter. In its clarification, Google said that they have created a system for copyright on any content. Using which the owner himself removes the unauthorized content. Even after this, if someone violates this rule more than once, then his account is closed.
