The Economic Offenses Branch (EOW) has issued a lookout circular for Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty in the case of fraud of crores. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra cannot leave the country without the approval of the court due to the lookout circular. Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer in the Bombay High Court argued that her client had to go to Colombo to participate in an event in YouTube. He told the court that YouTube’s event is from 25 to 29 October. On this, the court asked Shilpa’s lawyer that there is an invitation to join the event? On this, the actor’s lawyer said that there will be no invitation before getting approval to travel. Bombay businessman Deepak Kothari had complained that between 2015 and 2023, he had invested Rs 60.48 crore in Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty’s company Best Deal Private Limited. Kothari alleges that money was taken from the company in the name of expansion in the business. There was talk of giving them advantage, but it did not happen. Deepak Kothari has accused this amount of crores of crores. After registering a case of fraud, EOW had questioned Raj Kundra for 5 hours in the past. Raj Kundra had issued a statement saying that he has been fully cooperating in every round of investigation.
