Cinema celebrities Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Shah Rukh Khan and other prominent personalities on Wednesday greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday and appreciated his leadership, dedication and contribution to the nation.
Public broadcaster Doordarshan shared video messages from famous celebrities on its social media handle, including Asha Bhosle, Alia Bhatt, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgan, Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli.
In his message, Dharmendra described Prime Minister Modi as “one of the great sons of India”, who has nurtured and uplifted the nation. He said, “Today, I also bow to the great mother who gave birth to such a wonderful son. Since your arrival, the nature of our country has changed in many ways – it gives immense happiness.”
The veteran actor also thanked the Prime Minister for inquiring about his health a few days ago.
He said, “A few days ago, when I was a little unhealthy, you personally encouraged me by calling and said, ‘Dharmendra, be strong.’ Your words gave me a lot of courage and energy. I am very happy that our Prime Minister wished me and I felt like my care and love. “
• Jeetendra said that Prime Minister Modi’s biggest feature is his ability to make people feel comfortable. He said that anyone can share anything with them and never forget the whom he meets.
The actor said, “His memory power is amazing. I would say that it is difficult to keep everyone happy even in a six -member family, but it is really amazing to think about the welfare of 140 million people and take them together. When they get applause standing in the US Parliament, they are for the people of India.”
He said, “He has done a great job and I pray for his good health, longevity and his continuous efforts to take the country forward.”
• Shah Rukh described Prime Minister Modi’s journey from a small town to global stage “as extremely inspiring.
Shah Rukh said, “Your discipline, hard work and dedication to the nation are clearly visible in this journey. The truth is that Sir, even at the age of 75, your speed and energy is more than the youth like us. So I pray that you always be healthy, fit and happy.”
• Asha Bhosle appreciated the Prime Minister’s discipline and healthy lifestyle. The singer said, “It is difficult for us to run her home, and yet she is handling such a big country, India. She has a lot of discipline – she wakes up at 4 in the morning, does yoga.”
He further said, “I never heard him speaking bad about anyone. I think he is a very kind person. When I listen to his speech, he always laughs to people, narrates poems, narrates jokes and even when others are upset, he keeps smiling. It is really amazing. God should provide them with longevity and he is always with us.”
• Aamir also greeted the Prime Minister and said, “Your contribution to India’s development will always be remembered. On this happiness we wish you a long life and also that you keep the country forward on the path of progress.”

• Ajay recalled his first meeting with Prime Minister Modi when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat.

• Actor Akshay Kumar wished the Prime Minister’s long life and good health. He wrote, “Narendra Modi ji, Happy Best wishes on your 75th birthday. You keep taking India to new heights. Happy birthday, Captain.”
• Mahesh Babu said that the Prime Minister’s attitude and commitment encourages citizens to keep high goals and work hard. He said, “Your journey and the way you have dedicated your whole life in the service of the country, it is always inspiring. I wish you good health, happiness, power and constant success. Happy birthday sir.”
• Rajamouli praised Prime Minister Modi’s efforts to increase India’s stature on the world stage. He said, “Sir, we appreciate your passion and energy. • In a post on X, veteran actor Anupam Kher described Prime Minister Modi as “an ideal for people of all ages”. He said, “You have given us many reasons to be proud of India. We are lucky that we have found a Prime Minister like you.”
