After the demise of his brother Mukul Dev, actor Rahul Dev has expressed his gratitude to all the well-wishers who expressed their condolences.
Mukul, known for his roles in films like ‘Son of Sardaar’, ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ and ‘Jai Ho’, died on May 24. He was 54 years old.
Rahul shared a post with Mukul’s picture on his Instagram handle on Sunday. He wrote in the caption, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone for the love and good wishes showered on Mukul… I am grateful.”
Many film personalities including Sushmita Sen, Salman Khan, Sonu Sood and Hansal Mehta remembered Mukul Dev by sharing posts on social media after the news of his demise came out.
Mukul’s last rites were performed on Saturday at the Dayanand Mukti Dham crematorium in Nizamuddin West, Delhi. He is also known for co-writing filmmaker Hansal’s critically acclaimed 2017 film ‘Omerta’, starring Rajkummar Rao.
