Mumbai: Mrinal Thakur is one of the very few TV actresses who has crossed the stereotypes from TV to cinema and today is one of the top actresses not only in Bollywood but also in South cinema. The actress has so far done two successful Telugu films like ‘Sita Ramam’ and ‘Hai Nanna’ and will soon be seen in another Telugu film. Mrunal Thakur’s next film is ‘Family Star’, in which she will be seen with Vijay Deverakonda. The film will be released in theaters on April 5.
Meanwhile, before the release of the film, both the lead stars of the film were seen promoting their upcoming film. Galatta Plus In a conversation with Mrinal, he spoke openly about his shopping habits. She revealed that she feels that spending money on clothes is a waste.
Talking about her shopping habit, Mrinal said, “You are never going to wear these clothes again.” When Mrinal was asked about the clothes worn in the interview, he said, ‘These are not my clothes, I have just ordered them. I have spent maximum Rs 2000 on one top. I think this is also too much.
In the same interview, he further said, “Because whatever is expensive, you cannot wear it again and again. Yes, it’s great to have a classic statement collection in your wardrobe, but wearing a brand just for the sake of it is a waste of money. I would like to invest that money in food, some plants, a house or land where I can do farming.”
