Eating soaked almonds on an empty stomach in the morning maintains energy throughout the day.
Almonds are also beneficial for bones and muscles. The calcium and magnesium present in it strengthen the bones and help in reducing the weakness of joints. The problem of joint pain increases in winter, in such a situation consumption of almonds can provide relief. Apart from this, it also provides warmth to the body, which reduces the effect of cold.
However, as beneficial as almonds are, it is important to consume them in the right quantity.
